BBC Sherlock Fic: Virtually Perfect (Chapter 1 of 5)

Mycroft Holmes has found the perfect lover – online. When the sexy words of ‘Sterling’ fly across the computer screen, he can seduce him in a heartbeat. The hot, detailed images of them together feed his sexual fantasies. The best part? Mycroft doesn’t have to make a commitment to ‘Sterling’. No fuss, no muss. He can switch him off at any time. Gregory Lestrade, known only to his internet romance as ‘Sterling’, is ready for the next step – to meet in person. He wants to make it real with the man whom he only knows as ‘Mallory’. Notes: Written for the UnconventionalCourtship community on Dreamwidth. I would like to give a huge, squeeful thanks to Youcantsaymylastname for making the ‘Cover Art’ for me – is that not awesome? All I did was the title and author text. As for the fic; I don’t know why, but this one’s given me such trouble! RL hasn’t been helping, either. So, I’m posting the first three chapters now, barely still on my due date (trouble with the internet has put me past midnight, of course), and the last chapter will go up as soon as I finish it and get it looked over by my friendly neighborhood beta. Speaking of which: I would like to thank Erynn999 for being so kind as to give this a scrub with the proof-loofah © and a good thwack with the beta-stick ™ as well as assisting me further by threatening the characters and the Muse if they don’t cooperate—it’s necessary sometimes, alas. UPDATE: Adding an epilogue.
