I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done about the issue you've noted with Geordi, other than removing that prompt altogether in favour of another one. (Mills & Boon have no shortage of smouldering highlanders; they even sell them in bulk.)

This generator works best with people who have a forename and a surname (or, failing that, a forename and a clan/species name). A lot of the characters in your list only have the one, which could make things difficult.
