This generator works best with people who have a forename and a surname (or, failing that, a forename and a clan/species name). A lot of the characters in your list only have the one, which could make things difficult.

presumably it has to be dependent on the gender of the person who is being matched with jenna (although i like to imagine lines like 'look jenna, you're a lesbian' 'so?')

You're right, that's interesting — particularly since there's no such thing as 'manising'. 'Promiscuousness' is probably the best replacement, but leaving it as it is and assuming bisexuality might make for a more amusing prompt.

Oh my gosh I love this prompt generator.

Lady Ruby was happy to stay with her cousin, Lady Peridot, but her enjoyment was marred by meeting blunt Dr Sapphire. Then, when Ruby needed her professional help, they couldn’t help falling in love. But Sapphire knew, if Ruby didn’t, that an earl’s daughter was out of her reach.

Amazing.

(I'm a little disappointed I can't use this generator for Carmilla. It would be perfect for this challenge! But LaFontaine uses 'they' pronouns.)

Adding 'they' pronouns would be tricky, because a character's gender doesn't just drive the pronouns — there are 180-odd gendered words that appear in summaries ('Lord' / 'Lady', 'convent' / 'monastery' etc.), so adding a new set of pronouns means populating all those as well.
